Citation databases, journal ranking products, national indexes and publisher websites have different purposes. They should not be treated as identical sources.

Publisher and journal platforms
Nature Portfolio, Springer, MDPI, Elsevier and ScienceDirect, and Wiley are publisher brands or publication platforms rather than one shared journal ranking system. Their journal pages may provide metadata, articles, references and editorial information used for scholarly discovery. Scientific Worth Index evaluates covered journals using a separate methodology.
